Precise measurement of the catheter: its function is to allow the conductivity of the measured liquid to be based on.In order to make the magnetic induction line according to the precise measurement of the catheter magnetic flux is separated or short-circuit fault, accurate measurement of the catheter must be made of non-magnetic, low conductivity, low heat transfer rate and a certain impact toughness of raw materials, non-magnetic stainless steel plate, glass steel corrosion prevention, high toughness plastic, aluminum, etc.

Housing: made of ferromagnetic material, it is the housing of electromagnetic coil of excitation regulator of distribution mechanism, and protect the influence of external electromagnetic field.

 

Lining: a detailed insulating lining is provided on the inner side of the measuring tube and on the flange protruding surface.It immediately touches the liquid under test, its function is to improve the precise measurement of corrosion resistance of the pipe, to avoid the inductive potential by metal material precise measurement of the wall of the pipe short circuit fault.Lining raw materials are more corrosion - resistant, heat - resistant, wear - resistant polytetrafluoroethylene plastic, porcelain and so on.

 

Converter: the data signal of induced potential caused by liquid fluidity is very weak, which is greatly damaged by various influencing factors. The effect of converter is to increase the data signal of induced potential and turn it into a unified standard data signal and suppress key electromagnetic interference.Its daily task is to convert the induction potential data signal (Ex) detected by the electrode into a uniform standard dc data signal.
