When the signal of the converter is shown as +, the polarity is correct.If the - sign is displayed, the shifted excitation cable is connected wrong, the excitation should be interchangeable with two wires.In addition, it is necessary to check whether the limit of the rear instrument is correct.
3, full scale range setting - for the variable range type electromagnetic flowmeter with output indication, when the measuring system is put into use, the range can be changed by changing the range switch/potentiometer or the range fluctuation switch according to the requirements, and the change result can be displayed on the instantaneous flow number of the converter display panel.The advantage is that the measurement accuracy is not affected when the range is changed.
For solid range type electromagnetic flowmeters, * send the manufacturer to change the range.
After the above work, pay attention to the consistency between the input signal of the rear instrument and the output signal of the electromagnetic logic (0-10 ma or 4-20 ma).It can be put into normal operation.
