Electromagnetic flowmeter consists of electromagnetic induction flow sensor and converter.The controller is installed in the pipeline of the industrial production process. Its function is to transform the liquid volume flow value into induced current potential data signal linearly, and send the data signal to the converter according to the transmission line.The converter is installed not too far from the controller. It amplifies the flow data signal sent by the controller and converts it into standard electronic signal output proportional to the flow data signal for display, accumulation and adjustment.

The body is usually made of carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316L stainless steel for special environments.

Flange material is usually based on the bulk material, flange standard HG/ t20592-2009.

The lining is: ptfe F4, polyperfluorinated ethylene-propylene F46, polyfluorinated ethylene FS, polyneoprene polyurethane, rubber, PFA, according to the different media to choose different lining

The electrodes are: 316L, HB, HC, titanium, tantalum, platinum alloy, stainless steel coated tungsten carbide, monel, different media have different corrosivity, choose the electrode electromagnetic flowmeter service life can be extended.
